William G. Steele, Jr., CPA, PRESIDENT

William “Bill” Steele values being an active member and leader of his community.  He has served on and lead multiple boards including the Elliot Hospital System, Manchester YMCA, Manchester Historic Association, Norwin S. & Elizabeth N. Bean Foundation, and is a founding member of the Greater Manchester Regional Foundation of NHCF.  Bill has a distinguished career in accounting that includes being a tax partner at a big four firm, founding William Steele & Associates, and is a retired Principal of Baker, Newman & Noyes.  Bill and his wife Sheila, who also serves on the fundraising committee, are long time family friends of the Stebbins family.

For the past 30 years Steve has been an active member of the Manchester community. Organizations in which he participated include his church council, the United Way and the Manchester Contributory Retirement System board. He remains a member and is past president of the Queen City Rotary Club. Steve’s passion is the Boys & Girls Club of Manchester on whose board he has been a member since 1985. Steve has held several leadership roles at the Boys & Girls, including president of the Board, leading two successful capital campaigns, and chairing several committees. Steve is a 1972 graduate of Merrimack College with a degree in accounting. Prior to entering the financial services industry, Steve coached basketball on the high school, collegiate and European professional levels. He was a draft choice of the NBA's Cincinnati Royals. In addition to an active career in the financial services industry, Steve is extremely committed to opening up doors of opportunity for the children of Manchester.

Oresta J. Mosca, CPA, Treasurer

Oresta “Rusty” Mosca is managing partner at Nathan Wechsler & Company, specializing in nonprofit, construction, audit and accounting.  Rusty values service to the community and nonprofits and demonstrates leadership through his involvement in many causes. As a board member of Amoskeag Health, CATCH Neighborhood Housing, Capital Center for the Arts and Leadership NH, Rusty lives his commitment to the community every day.  He is also Cabinet Chair of the Merrimack County Campaign for Granite United Way and has served previously on the boards of Havenwood Heritage Heights, NH Teen Institute, Granite State Youth Mentors, and NH Humanities Council.

Governor John Lynch

John Lynch was elected governor of New Hampshire in 2004 and served four terms through 2012. The Governor earned a bachelor of arts degree from the University of New Hampshire, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a law degree from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. His business career included serving as director of admissions at Harvard Business School, president of The Lynch Group, a business consulting firm in Manchester, and CEO of Knoll Inc., a national furniture manufacturer.  Governor Lynch has a long and ongoing dedication to community service as a board member, leader and advisor to many nonprofit organizations throughout the state.  This commitment began in his youth as a member of the Boys & Girls Club in Waltham, MA and a family history of leadership and service to ensure the youth of our community have every opportunity to have bright futures. 

Henry B. Stebbins

Stebbins, Lazos and Van Der Beken

Henry “Hank” Stebbins is Mark Stebbins’ brother.  Growing up in Manchester, Hank and Mark’s parents instilled in their children a pride in the city of Manchester and an understanding of their role in making a difference in their community. Hank graduated from UNH, he studied at Oxford University and then received his J.D. from Boston University Law School. When he returned to New Hampshire, he became actively involved in several civic and educational organizations. He has served as campaign chairman of the United Way of Greater Manchester, chairman of the Vocational Partnership Foundation, a long time Trustee of the Manchester Boys and Girls Club, Director of Waterville Valley Festival of the Arts, Director and Legal Counsel of the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Maine-New Hampshire Bridge Authority. Most recently, Hank's civic involvement has focused on public higher education, serving as a Trustee of the University System of New Hampshire for over a decade.

Kris mccracken, President and ceo

Amoskeag Health

Kris McCracken serves as the President/CEO of Amoskeag Health, a federally qualified health center in Manchester, NH. Kris has been with Amoskeag Health since 1996, first as a Crisis Outreach Counselor, then as a Client & Family Services Manager, then as the Director of Operations from 2000 to 2013 before becoming President/CEO in 2013. She has an MBA in Health Care Administration from Rivier College and a Bachelor’s in Psychology & Latin American Studies from Mt. Holyoke College and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Her background is in counseling having worked with Domestic Violence, HIV/AIDS, Rape Crisis, and Substance Abuse before moving into working with community health. Over the past decade, Ms. McCracken spearheaded Amoskeag Health’s response to the growing diversity in our community. In 2012, Ms. McCracken was nominated by the NH DHHS as a Public Health Hero recognizing her work in cultural competency and advocacy for minority populations. She is frequently requested as a speaker to provide training on organizational cultural competency and best practices in multilingual access and graduated in 2014 from the Disparities Leadership Program at Mass General Hospital. She was then honored in 2016 with the Outstanding Women in Business Award, and then again in 2020 and 2022 with the NH Top 200 Most Influential Business Leaders award.

DIANE FITZPATRICK, CEO

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Manchester

Diane Fitzpatrick is the Chief Executive Officer of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Manchester. In addition to her crucial role of creating and facilitating strategic initiatives, Diane leads and participate in programs, explores opportunities for strategic partnerships, and positions the organization to pursue emerging opportunities. She provides programmatic leadership and input for all strategic plan implementation processes with the board of directors and staff.  Diane has more than 30 years of experience in higher education, marketing, and business-to-business development. Before coming to the Club, she was on the team at the New Hampshire Center for Nonprofits, and was the Dean of Admission at New England College. Diane is a dynamic leader who effectively and successfully manages the demands of a goal-oriented, high-pressure management team while facilitating various business-to-business relationships. Diane was named Excellence in Small Business in Nonprofit and NH 200 Most Influential Business Leaders. In 2022, Diane was named Boys & Girls Club of America's Executive of the Year for the Northeast Region and the Citizen of the Year in 2025 from the Manchester Chamber of Commerce. This award is in recognition of Diane’s significant leadership and contributions within her organization, her state, her region, and nationally.
