AGENDA
The Chairman calls the meeting to order.
The Clerk calls the roll.
1. Communication from Phil Croasdale, Water Works Director, requesting that the
City deem land and a building located on 515 Manchester Road in Auburn, NH
surplus and authorize Water Works to lease it to the Town of Auburn for a
community center.
Ladies and Gentlemen, what is your pleasure?
2. Communication from Jeanine Tousignant, Project Facilitator, Mark Stebbins
Community Center, requesting approval of the sale of Parks & Recreation land
(Lot 318-3) on Parkside Avenue to be used for the construction of a community
center.
(Note: Recommendations from Planning & Community Development, Parks &
Recreation, Assessor and the Economic Development Office are attached.)
A motion would be in order to enter into non-public session pursuant to
RSA 91-A:3, II(d) for consideration of property acquisition, sale or lease of
real or personal property which, if discussed in public, would likely benefit
a party or parties whose interests are adverse to those of the general
community.
A roll call vote is required.
If there is no further business, a motion is in order to adjourn.
