Variances approved for Stebbins Community Center on city's West Side
November 19th, 2024
The nonprofit behind plans to build the nonprofit Mark Stebbins Community Center on Manchester’s West Side has been granted variances by the city’s Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) needed to proceed with the project.
The applicant — Mark Stebbins Community Center, a 501©3 nonprofit — plans to construct an approximately 19,800-square-foot multi-purpose social services center within a lease area on the Kelly Falls apartment complex property at 315 Kimball St. owned by the Manchester Housing & Redevelopment Authority.
Once constructed, the building will be home to several nonprofit organizations that will provide collaborative services under one roof.
